FCU, a seven class, interactive course shares real-world, and current examples of focuses that are necessary to succeed in growing your business. Constructed and taught by a previous college professor, with guidance from experts with over 30 combined years of food industry experience. Enrollees will also benefit from industry partner connections shared, and food specific operational and scheduling tools Pellasota utilizes for more advanced-stage food clientele.
