Meet the Coaches

Jeff Dickman

Jeff Dickman is a principal and partner at Pellasota Consulting. He has 15+ years of Supply Chain Management/CPG experience working for a Fortune 500 company and as an independent consultant for G2G Consulting. Jeff worked across multiple business units, temperature states, and supply chains; specifically, plant manufacturing, logistics planning, warehousing/transportation, new item innovation/speed-to-market, continuous improvement, organization development, and supply chain strategy. Jeff has been a manager of people for most of his career and spent a lot of time working and developing tools used for change management and strategy execution.

Jeff graduated from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in 2005 with a degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing and from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School/Warrington School of Business in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration.

Jeff lives in Corcoran, MN (suburb of Minneapolis) with his wife of 14 years, their 3-year-old daughter, 1-year-old son, and their 2 dogs (Reagan and Teddy). Jeff is Head Coach for the Rockford High School (MN) Cross Country and Assistant Coach for the Track and Field Teams. Additionally, Jeff and his wife are proud sponsors of the Jennifer and Jeffrey Dickman Nursing Scholarship for Accelerated Nursing Program (2015).

Andy Campbell

Andy Campbell is a principal and partner at Pellasota Consulting.  Andy has experience working with over a dozen different companies in the food, beverage and ag industries, compiling years of unique and valuable skills in marketing, operations, data analytics, training, management, and entrepreneurship. An avid public speaker, Andy enjoys the opportunity to help brands promote their value in face-to-face interactions with clients. Previously as marketing director for the largest food testing provider in North America, Andy helped fortify a highly-recognized brand, built a digital marketing strategy, and developed a loyal base of clients in the food industry, resulting in a doubling of inbound marketing leads. Truly understanding and the core operations of your business then translating that into value for your clients is a strength that Andy leverages with his years of experience as a process engineer, operations manager, and marketing director. As a bridge builder, Andy helps Pellasota’s clients bridge the growth gap from operational competencies to customer acquisition and retention for growing food and ag businesses.

Andy graduated from The University of Iowa’s College of Engineering in 2004 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and, after time in industry, from Iowa’s Tippie School of Management with a Masters of Business Administration in 2008. He also taught Operations Management, Marketing Research, and Business Strategy at Central College for seven years until 2016.

Andy resides in Pella, Iowa with his wife and three kids. They spend their time immersed in kids’ activities, Crossfit, adventure races (will not turn down any physical challenge!), and helping manage and operate his family farm in Northern Iowa.
